It's in the small daily gestures that you will make the difference. In summer, under the sun, your hair requires special attention. Even if it is not always the ideal time for a long Biologist mood oil bath, there are effective alternatives to protect it

1. Do not rinse your hair after swimming or going to the sea

Letting salt or chlorine build up on your hair without rinsing it can cause serious damage. Re-exposing unrinsed hair to the sun will damage the hair fiber, causing dryness and brittleness. Remember to rinse your hair well after each swim to avoid these inconveniences.
2. Not protecting your hair from the sun
Leaving your hair exposed to direct sunlight without protection is a common mistake. UV rays dry out the hair fiber and degrade the keratin, making your hair dry, damaged, and weakening the ends. 3. Forgetting the mask or jelly before shampooing
